Helping kids grow up safe and well in this world means doing three things. 1. Understanding the environment they are growing up in, 2. Creating relationships where they feel comfortable asking questions, 3. Implementing practical strategies that make a difference.

Over the last 20 years I’ve taught sex ed in high schools, been a child and adolescent trauma therapist, and advised parents on navigating their children’s trauma or unwanted experiences online. I speak internationally on relationships, sexual culture, online safety, youth and media influences, and have had the privilege of delivering a TEDx talk.
