In my 14-year journey as a therapist, I've witnessed the advantages of honing specialised skills, delving deep into specific subjects rather than skimming the surface of many. I firmly believe that a specialised approach yields better outcomes for my clients.
I have done advanced training in trust, betrayal, abuse, sexual addiction/compulsivity, intense conflict and crisis in relationships. I work extremely hard on building a safe space for clients to share the most vulnerable parts of their lives, to explore their childhood influences on their romantic relationships, and how to rebuild after a crisis. I regularly upskill and stay engaged with other therapists to ensure I am doing my best work. Clients of mine know that I work hard alongside them to achieve the outcomes they are hoping for, and will provide practical strategies to get those outcomes.
