Sex
Therapy
Talking about sex can feel uncomfortable, particularly if there are past hurts there. This is a space you can talk about the past, your current sex life and where you want things to go in the future.
Betrayal Therapy
If there has been infidelity or significant betrayal in a current or historic relationship it requires some more intensive support. Counselling is helpful whether the relationship is continuing or you're unsure.
Parent Consultation
Just found out about something thats happened with your child or teen? Sometimes you need some extra insight and to have someone to make a plan with.
About me
I have a Master of Science in Medicine (Sexual Health/Psychosexual Therapy) from the University of Sydney. I have done speciality training in sexual addiction, partner betrayal trauma, group therapy and full therapeutic disclosures. I have had the privilege of working with clients from all over the world, and facilitating both national and international workshops. I am passionate about our children and teens growing up with healthy messaging about sex and relationships, and spend time researching mainstream and adult media and how this influences them. I am a consultant for The Light Project equipping youth, their families and professionals to navigate the new porn landscape. I have also co-founded a campaign Makes Sense advocating for the filtering of illegal online content for the purposes of child protection and sexual violence prevention. I am in my thirties, have been married to my husband Dave for over a decade, and have three children.

My approach
I believe in a partnership between myself and clients, where I offer tools and strategies to support the insights and wisdom they often already have. The counselling room should always feel safe; this includes trust, confidentiality, knowing I won't choose sides, having your experiences heard and treated as sacred.
